Mode of action, benefits and applications of using Singing bowls
Sound massage is a holistic relaxation method in which therapeutic singing bowls are placed on the fully clothed body and gently struck. Their sounds and vibrations work on several levels: physical, mental and emotional.
The vibrations spread throughout the body, acting like an inner massage that releases tension and brings the cells into harmonious vibration.
At the same time, the gentle sounds calm the nervous system, promote deep relaxation and can release blockages in the flow of energy.
Sound massage is based on the principle of resonance: harmonious sounds can help restore balance where there is physical or emotional disharmony.
